EVERYTHING from paintings to poetry was on show as more than 300 people flocked to a free event in Droitwich.

Droitwich Arts For All saw a host of creative talents on display at the town’s Norbury Theatre on Saturday. After the sucess of last year’s inaugural event, held to promote the arts in the town, organisers were delighted to see interest rise this year.

John Dudley, of For Droitwich Spa, said: “It was a great success with more than 300 people attending, up on last year. We had more people on stage and even ran over time, such was the interest.”

Highlights included a community play, an exhibition by Droitwich Arts Society, poetry, singing and creative writing.
